The client requires the web and application to organize the virtual conference and public events. So, we build a complete solution product to provide RSVP'd events OR public events. The web App includes the 3D virtual conference capabilities, broadcasting events on other platforms such as Vimeo, youtube through Zoom, or Webex. It is a secured cloud-based web and application that gives assurance of all the data which belongs to the client.
The product has multiple features which make the virtual events more convenient such as a registration module for making ease of registration, Pre-Conference Communication which helps to contact future participants through calling/email / WhatsApp / SMS communication, it has 3D virtual conference, able to perform personalized communication through the system. It has multi-user roles, reporting, unlimited forms/ fields, and steps in the registration module at the backend side.
After careful planning and preparation, we start our study. As soon as our team fully comprehends the client's needs, we begin to analyse the market to determine what clients are looking for in a new platform and how we can better support their seamless virtual conference experience. After discussing it with the client and receiving their consent, our team began to construct it from the ground up.
One of the conference clients (a big investment firm) approaches us to manage an RSVP conference. They require a robust solution for pre-conference communication with high-level participants, the requirement is to make sure to get confirmation from participants and keep track/proof of communication.
During covid, physical events were not possible, so we try to approach a complete virtual solution.
For RSVP, we provided a solution as a Communication Module, which allows clients to upload 1000s of participants' data in our database, and the CCM module which allows clients to communicate with each participant through call/email / WhatsApp / SMS and keep a track what action being has been taken.
We conducted numerous virtual events successfully through ConGenie's strong 3D virtual tool.
